Harvest Christian Fellowship Blog

Hey folks,

We are launching a new Harvest Christian Fellowship blog to give church members a way to share, connect and grow in the Lord together. I'm excited about this project and have been working on building it up since late December. It will soon be unveiled to the public but I wanted to share it with you all. Please visit and comment on what you like about it.

My favorite aspect of this blog is it is a tool we have to make a big church feel smaller and it builds community.

Oh Baby Baby!!

I had an amazing time with Amy and her little one Troy who just celebrated his 6 month birthday. I fell in love instantly with his quirky little smile and bald head. By the end of the session Grace and I were competing for who got to hold him while Amy packed up. And I think you'll agree that he is a great little model too!

I still have a card to go through but here are a few favorites so far...

Mt. Rubidoux or bust

It took us 8 years but we finally made it up Mt. Rubidoux. Dawn inspired me as she has been going up almost everyday. We packed a picnic dinner/lunch and ate it here on these rocks where I took this first picture. The sun was RIGHT THERE but to me it just seemed heavenly. So warm and bright.

The recent rains have wiped out all the smog and given us lovely green grass. It was the perfect thing to do today. I'm pooped out! Going up was hard for me but I made it!




The kids asked to do it again tomorrow...so I think despite the 24 texts to their friends during the hike...they liked connecting with nature. I included this picture as proof that their phones are their constant companions.
